  1. Product Condition

    • All items are vintage and may show natural signs of wear. Any major flaws will be noted in the product description.

    • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

  2. Orders & Payments

    • All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless otherwise stated.

    • Payment must be completed at checkout for your order to be processed.

  3. Shipping

    • Orders placed by 2:00 PM (PST) ship the same day; later orders ship the next business day.

    • We ship Monday–Friday in accordance with USPS and UPS hours.

    • Tracking numbers are provided via email.

    • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or incorrectly addressed packages.

  4. Store Credits/Exceptions

    • In rare cases, store credit or a discount may be offered at our discretion if an issue arises.

  5. Use of Our Site

    • You agree not to misuse our website or content. All images, product descriptions, and branding belong to Blue Sun Vintage
