Shipping policy

  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed by 2:00 PM (PST) will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will ship the following business day.

  • Processing Time: Please allow extra processing time during holidays, promotions, or peak seasons.

  • Shipping Days: We ship Monday through Friday in accordance with USPS and UPS business hours.

  • Shipping Rates & Options: Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen carrier. Free shipping may apply on qualifying orders (see promotions for details).

  • Delivery Estimates: Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

  • International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within the U.S.

  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. However, each case will be reviewed individually, and store credit or a discount may be offered at our discretion.
